About Resting Royals
Support shaped around real low-energy life.
Resting Royals is a lived-experience-led support brand for people navigating ME/CFS, chronic fatigue, invisible illness and low-energy days. It was created to make practical support easier to find when energy, concentration or capacity are limited.
Why Resting Royals exists
Living with ME/CFS or invisible illness can affect far more than physical energy. Everyday tasks, decisions, appointments, communication, rest, planning and relationships can all become harder when capacity is limited.
Resting Royals was created around that reality — with tools and resources designed to support real life rather than expect people to push through it.

Lived experience matters here
Resting Royals is shaped by lived experience and by an understanding that support needs to work with limited capacity, not against it.
That means keeping things clear, practical, flexible and gentle enough to use on lower-energy days.
A clear boundary
Resting Royals provides general self-support resources, practical tools and lived-experience information.
It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or personalised medical advice, and it should not replace appropriate professional healthcare.
Built around a gentler way of doing things
Less pressure
Support should not require perfect routines or constant productivity.
Clearer choices
Information should be easy to understand when concentration is limited.
Practical support
Resources should help with real situations, not just look reassuring.
Respect for capacity
Rest, pacing and changing plans should be treated as valid parts of daily life.
